When we really started getting the hang of brewing and met up with some great brewers throughout the country, we decided to do a brew together with Brouwerij De Prael*. The guys at De Prael we’re just as excited as we were and they only had one condition to the brew: it had to be something crazy. If you know us a little bit, you know crazy is our middle name. So we chose to brew a 500L batch Saison and we added some Ginger and Basil for some kinkiness. The result was surprisingly tasty and up to this day we still brew the Kinky Koos on a regular basis in our own brewery. We can’t thank De Prael enough for this opportunity and we hope to do another collab in the future.
