FAQ
Your order is usually packed and handed over to PostNL the next day, but there may be a delay in case of high workload in the brewery. When you receive an e-mail with a Track & Trace code, it means we have started packing your order. If you want to make sure your order arrives on time, allow for a delivery time of 3 working days (with the exception of the beer x cheese package).

BEER
Original beers are brewed throughout the year and are almost always in stock. If not, those going forward will be back in stock within a few days. As a result, you always get the freshest beer. Limited Edition beers are brewed once and in small batches. In that case, gone = really gone.
BIERPAKKET
When a beer package is out of stock, this is usually due to one or more beers in the package being out of stock. In that case, we change the contents of the package so that or wait until the beer in question is back in stock. Our beer packs are made to order and therefore depend on the current stock of the beer.
MERCH
When a merch item is out of stock, it usually does not come back soon. We recommend picking another merch item. If you want to be sure, you can contact us at webshop@twochefsbrewing.com

This is possible on working days almost immediately after placing your order between 09:00 and 17:00. Our brewery is closed on weekends.
Collect your order at our taproom on Hugo de Grootplein in Amsterdam.
Every Thursday around 1 PM, we deliver webshop orders to our taproom so they can be picked up there. Orders placed before Thursday at 9 AM can be picked up from 5 PM the same day. Opening hours can be found here. Address: Hugo de Grootplein 7-15, Amsterdam.

Shipping is free for orders over €79! For orders under €79, you pay €4.95, and for orders under €15, you pay €6.95. This applies only to shipments within the Netherlands.
Shipping outside the Netherlands is possible; the costs are calculated during the checkout process based on the country and the weight of the order.
