Apple Pie sour
Our brewery always smells delicious, but last week was the real treat! Our new sour is a liquid copy of grandma's apple pie.
Yippie pie yay, grandma!
Of course, nobody does it better than grandma, but just like her traditional apple pie, this beer is made with all the elements in mind. We used multiple malts to create a biscuity and caramel base ready to hold a bizarre load of apple puree and juice. It sounds good, but does it taste good? Don't worry, because before the beer was packaged, a group of Two Chefs grannies were selected to approve this limited edition. They all gave their approval.
