Inspector Tony is up first, selecting Simcoe and pushing it to maximum output in this West Coast IPA. Clean, dry and unapologetically hoppy. Charged with pine, citrus and resin, finished with firm bitterness on a crisp malt backbone. Simcoe in full focus with a hop load of 16g/L!
