Bock beer as dessert!

The fourth edition of our stubborn autumn friend is a reality! Through a tasty combination of carefully selected roasted malts and the unique charm of roasted caramel, with a hint of vanilla and a subtle sweet touch, we have managed to create a true dessert in a glass. This brûlée experience does not require a roaster, but next to a fire it is even more delicious.
Bock Brûlée is characterised by a carefully balanced blend of roasted malts, which give the beer its deep and robust character. This pastry bock is a unique interpretation of the much-loved Crème Brûlée dessert, with the addition of caramelised sugar, a subtle hint of vanilla, and a hint of cinnamon creating a rich and layered flavour experience. The result is a complex beer that is both sweet and slightly bitter, with a smooth, creamy finish.
