Although it is made with Sichuan peppercorns, Sichuan Dragon will not fire you up. Sichuan peppercorns are berries of the prickly ash tree, a member of the citrus family. We used their unique properties to add a fresh citrus layer with spicy undertones and a hint of lavender. This crushing creature, tamed by an army of chefs, offers you a unique and refreshing experience.
