The days are getting shorter, the evenings cozier. That calls for a beer that brings warmth! This time, our brewers challenged themselves with the ultimate snack of the Sinterklaas period in mind. After fine-tuning the recipe, we finally got it: Pepernoten beer!
We brewed an 8% PEPERNOTEN STOUT. Caramel, dark chocolate, and roasted malt make this Pepernoten Stout a full-bodied and creamy beer. Of course, the speculaas spices dominate, with cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg providing a good balance of all the flavors.
It has a full and creamy body, with a warm finish that reminds you of the coziness of festive treats by the fireplace.
