This barrel-aged release has an IBU of 85, but gets it's smoothness from maturation in bourbon barrels. Aromas of caramel, biscuit and orange peel emerge, followed by a heavy Bourbon character with notes of vanilla, oak and dried fruit. Aged for six months in barrel.
