We kick off our new IPA series with this monster of an IPA. Down Under, in addition to lots of crazy and dangerous beasts, they have some amazing hops like Galaxy from Australia and Nelson Sauvin from New Zealand. A big load of these hops give the Little Ripper a rich and bitter taste with full, fruity aromas of peach, passion fruit and citrus. The term "Little Ripper" is used by Aussies when something is good for you, so an excellent name for this beer!
